The Beginning

The first edition of GuitarFinds came into being back in 2008 when I picked up my first guitar to “flip”. It was a 1987 Ibanez RG parts guitar and at the time I knew I could sell off the neck and the body and the pickups and make enough money to buy the guitar I really wanted! Fast forward a few thousand guitars later and the feeling of learning about a guitar’s history and story is still thrilling and exciting. What began as a hobby morphed into a full time passion. The friendships forged and the memories made surrounding guitar is something I am thankful for everyday.
