The green and white outer sleeve box comes with an inner cardboard tray, JAN barcode label T4957054017842, a 5-year warranty decal, and a Haight-Ashbury Music Center price sticker. The cardboard shows moderate wear, including corner rounding, surface creases, edge fraying, and a small puncture tear on the interior tray bottom.
