Agreement Terms and Conditions:

By placing an item on layaway with GuitarFinds, you agree to the following terms:

• Non-Refundable Deposit: All initial layaway deposits are strictly non-refundable.
• Completion of Payment: If the layaway balance is not paid in full by the end of your selected 30, 60, or 90-day period, GuitarFinds reserves the right to cancel the layaway, retain the non-refundable deposit, and relist the item.
• 72-Hour Return Policy: A 72-hour return policy applies from the time the item is delivered to you. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. The item must be returned in the exact same condition as it was sent. Failure to return the item in its original condition may result in additional restocking fees.
• Refund Calculations: If a layaway item is returned within the 72-hour window, the refund issued will exclude the true shipping costs incurred by GuitarFinds and the non-refundable layaway plan deposit.
• Exclusions: Layaway plans cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount. Any modifications to this agreement must be agreed upon in writing by both the buyer and seller.
