Where we ship
We ship from our appointment-only showroom and warehouse in Benicia, California, to most countries and regions worldwide—including amplifiers and cabinets.
Shipping availability depends on the destination, product, carrier service, and applicable legal restrictions. If checkout does not offer shipping to your address, contact us before purchasing.

Processing time
Most orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day are prepared to ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff are generally prepared the next business day.
Payment verification, instrument preparation, unusually large items, weekends, holidays, and carrier pickup schedules can require additional handling time. The delivery estimate shown at checkout is the best estimate for your specific order and destination; it is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Packing and insurance
Every instrument crosses our bench for action, intonation, and electronics checks before shipment. We pack each order by hand. Instruments are typically shipped with the strings safely detuned and the neck supported; vintage and especially fragile items may be double-boxed.
Shipments are insured for their declared value when coverage is available, subject to the carrier’s terms and limitations. Please inspect your delivery promptly and retain all packaging if an item arrives damaged. Contact us immediately so we can help document and submit the carrier claim.
GuitarFinds has shipped more than 6,000 items and maintains 100% positive feedback on Reverb.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping rates are displayed at checkout and are based on the destination and the product’s shipping class. Custom shipping profiles help us price instruments, amplifiers, cabinets, cases, parts, and accessories appropriately.
Transit estimates begin after the carrier accepts the shipment. Weather, customs processing, carrier disruptions, remote-area service, and other circumstances outside our control can cause delays.

International orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other destination fees unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.
The customer is responsible for confirming that an item can be legally imported into the destination country. Refused, abandoned, or undeliverable international shipments are handled according to our Refund Policy, including any applicable shipping, customs, processing, or return costs.
Address changes
Please verify the shipping address before completing checkout. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment or been transferred to the carrier.
Layaway and financing
Layaway is available directly through GuitarFinds.com and our Benicia showroom. Customers can reserve an eligible item with a deposit and make payments through our self-service payment portal.

Affirm, Klarna, and Shop Pay Installments may be offered at checkout. Availability, eligibility, payment schedules, interest, and other terms are determined by the applicable provider. Review the complete payment terms before committing.
Returns, incorrect items, and damage
We describe products using detailed specifications, condition and wear notes, setup information, and high-resolution photographs.
If an item is damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its listing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist promptly. This request does not replace or shorten any rights provided by our Refund Policy or applicable law.
