1970 Guild F-212 NT Natural 12-String Acoustic Guitar

This vintage 1970 Guild F-212 NT features a solid spruce top paired with mahogany back and sides, delivering the rich, resonant chime that defined the golden era of 12-string acoustics. It is equipped with a rosewood fingerboard and bridge, a classic tortoise pickguard, and original open-gear tuners on the iconic Guild headstock. The instrument shows honest vintage wear including finish checking, minor dings, scratches along the body and neck, and typical cracking on the heel cap binding. String height is .1445 inch at the 12th fret. There is a hair left on -the saddle. The bridge has been reglued (it was lifting at one point) and the luthier also put bridge screws to hold the bridge into the body for extra stability. This work has delayed the need for a neck reset though, having one wouldn't be a bad idea for a guitar of this age. We elected to do less invasive work to ensure the guitar was still playable (which it currently is).
