The Roland GK-2A Divided Pickup allows electric guitars to interface directly with Roland synth processors and V-Guitar systems such as the GR series or VG series. Mounted near the bridge, the slim hexaphonic pickup bar reads each string individually to send fast, accurate polyphonic pitch and audio signals.
The guitar-mounted controller body features a Synth Volume dial, Down/S1 and Up/S2 patch selection switches, and a 3-way toggle switch to choose between guitar tone, synth output, or a blend of both. An attached 1/4-inch jumper cable accepts standard guitar output to combine both signals down your 13-pin output cable.
