The pickup and preamp sound incredible, and can easily be molded to whatever sound you want using the onboard controls. Having all this tone shaping control at your fingertips means that you are in control of your tone.
The finish of this guitar has taken on a very odd hazing which I have seen in many guitars that were built during this same era. For whatever reason they just turn hazy. But structurally this guitar is in perfect shape and is ready to play.
